Highland
photos was established and is owned by Cameron Harris
who is the principal photographer and a
Licentiate of the Master Photographers Association
Cameron was a keen amateur
photographer which later developed in to an integral part of his work
remit of his internationally renowned employer proir to
the early 1990's, which was when Cameron
commenced commercially trading as a general photographer in his own
right and in Glenshee in 1996 he traded under the
name of Glenshee Photographic, which later changed to Highland Photos in
2000.
After a successful time in
Glenshee at the start of 2002 business premises were obtained in Oban
where a studio and office was set up at 5 Stafford Street where they
now are.
In early 2010 Cameron closed the
studio in Oban to work from home also in Oban so that he could spend
more time with his young family and utilises local facilities for studio
work.
